Riva Oak Independent Living
Riva Oak Independent Living provides safe, affordable, gender-specific housing for adults capable of managing their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) independently, with a focus on dignity, stability, and community.
Our homes are fully furnished, gender-specific, and located in community settings that feel like home — not a facility.
Riva Oak Independent Living exists to bridge the gap between affordable housing and stable, supportive living environments for independent adults.
To empower adults to live independently with dignity, stability, and community support through quality housing and compassionate service.
To become a trusted leader in independent living housing across multiple states, bridging the gap between affordable housing and supportive living environments.
The ILHP is designed for adults who can manage their own Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) but need a safe, stable, and affordable place to live. We operate gender-specific, fully furnished homes in community settings — ideal for veterans, agency-referred clients, and adults on fixed incomes.
Riva Oak Independent Living partners with individuals, families, and agencies to provide reliable housing solutions.
We collaborate with VA case managers and veteran-serving organizations to offer stable, dignity-centered housing for those who have served our country.
We support adults referred by hospitals, nonprofits, and social service agencies who are transitioning, stabilizing, or rebuilding their lives.
Adults seeking a safe, shared living environment with predictable monthly costs can apply directly to our Independent Living Housing Program.
Our program is structured to work with individuals on Social Security or other fixed-income sources, with realistic and sustainable monthly rates.
We focus on stability, safety, and dignity in every home we operate.
